Strategy is intentional planning and execution of ideas. When everything is important, nothing is important.
Strategy can be compared to a funnel. At the top of the funnel, collect as much data as possible. Roll down to a SWOT analysis. Then, do a TOWS analysis and cross analyze. Take all this information, and let it drop into a strategic bucket. Prioritize what's important. At the very bottom of the funnel is the goal work.
To help create the strategy, think of the funnel and let it help you prioritize.
